Sara Lyon is the founder of Glow Birth & Body, a pre-natal massage therapy boutique in the USA. Sara’s career has focused on improving perinatal experiences and outcomes and she is a doula, childbirth educator, and prenatal massage therapist.

She is an alumna of The University of Michigan and Australia’s Endeavour College of Natural Medicine. Her publications, The Birth Deck and You’ve Got This, are extensions of Sara’s effort to bring effective birth support into more hands.
