Sensitive Skin during Pregnancy

My skin got sensitive during pregnancy and I also have dark spots on my face and hyperpigmentation in different areas of my body. Did anyone have the same problem? How did you treat it?

Skin sensitivity and hyperpigmentation are common during pregnancy. I also had it. My doctor told me it’s due to pregnancy hormones. It worsened if I stayed in the sun for too long so I was advised by my doctor to avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF.
